The Setup Process
- We’ll send you a Connect Box, this little device handles the connection between your phones and your hosted PBX.
- We configure your existing phones (up to Four / Eight) remotely. If you purchase compatible phones from Connect Solutions they’ll arrive pre-configured.
- We setup the call routing to your specifications, configure any special options such as call recording and test the system.
- That’s it!
Technical Details
- This package includes a geographic phone number.
- You may choose to port an existing phone number to VoIP, see the next page for details.

- support agreement along with Connect VoIP, this covers the vast majority of changes and additions you may wish to make to the PBX.
- We also offer support on an Ad-Hoc basis. Most jobs are fixed rate, more complex requests may be charged hourly.
- You will be billed monthly for the service, the price above does not include call costs.
- The service is renewed annually.
