The Setup Process

  1. We’ll send you a Connect Box, this little device handles the connection between your phones and your hosted PBX.
  2. We configure your existing phones (up to Four / Eight)  remotely. If you purchase compatible phones from Connect Solutions they’ll arrive pre-configured.
  3. We setup the call routing to your specifications, configure any special options such as call recording and test the system.
  4. That’s it!

Technical Details

  • This package includes a geographic phone number.
  • You may choose to port an existing phone number to VoIP, see the next page for details.
  • Our platform supports the following SIP Phones

  • support agreement along with Connect VoIP, this covers the vast majority of changes and additions you may wish to make to the PBX.
  • We also offer support on an Ad-Hoc basis. Most jobs are fixed rate, more complex requests may be charged hourly.
  • You will be billed monthly for the service, the price above does not include call costs.
  • The service is renewed annually.
